The Bennington Community Foundation is a 501c3 Corporation, setup to receive tax free donations. The Foundation is

Bennington Public School Foundation
The Bennington Public School Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization created in 1992. The Foundation’s
primary purpose is to generate and distribute resources to or on behalf of the Bennington Public School District to enrich teaching,
inspire learning, maximize opportunities and promote excellence in education for all students.
Bennington Jaycees
The Bennington Jaycees are the helping hands of the community. We do a variety of community activities throughout the
year. For example, town Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween Party, Sport Activities, Bennington Daze, and much more. The Jaycees also do a lot of
fun activities to help members get to know each other. If you are interested in joining, please contact Heather Roth at (402) 960-2120.
Bennington Lion’s Club
Join and enjoy the rewarding experience of getting to know your neighbors and making a difference in the community by serving as a
Bennington Lion. Our mission is to provide voluntary services through community involvement and support our international goal of preventing blindness. The Bennington Lions Club meets monthly on the third Tuesday at Keno Cabana at 7 pm. For more information contact Ken Dirksen at (402) 238-2911.

This group promotes literacy and reading within the Bennington area. The Friends group meets on a quarterly. Membership forms may be picked up at the City Library located at 15505 Warehouse Street, Bennington, NE or by calling (402) 238-2201
